3.2 No Refunds After Processing

Once work has started, all sales are final.

3.3 Cancellation Before Processing

If requested immediately, we may offer:

  • Refund or credit (at our discretion)

3.4 Exceptions

Possible in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical failure

3.5 Legacy Letters

No refunds once the future delivery service is set up.

3.6 No Emotional Guarantee

Refunds are not based on emotional dissatisfaction.
